3 Bedroom House in Tin Can Bay

This neat and tidy pet friendly holiday house is situated across the road from Snapper Creek and just walking distance to the Marina.
The house has 3 bedrooms with the main bedroom consisting of a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with ceiling fan.
Tastefully renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Separate toilet and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine.
Newly renovated kitchen with gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the essential cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery is provided. Breakfast bar with stools.
Lounge room is tiled with comfortable recliners and sofas which look out the front glass sliding door to Snapper Creek. Dining table with seating for 6 in a nice separate space with air conditioner.
Fully fenced inground pool with separate pool room which includes a bar and pool table. There is a nice outdoor space with firepit. There is a single carport and also a separate area which is parking for boats or other vehicles. The backyard is fully fenced.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
